This appliance is completed powered by gas, both as an oven and grill, and has an average usable capacity of 60 litres.
The internal cavity has one large shelf that is well suited to this method, as the heating element will either come from above or below.
The gas oven function lights the flame to reach the food from underneath, which is perfect for crisping the base of a pizza, quiche or pastry case.
The conventional grill feature cooks from the roof of the oven, with direct and intense heat that can also have a browning effect on dishes.
The gas flame automatically ignites when initiated and there's a Flame Failure Safety Device, which cuts off the supply in the event of a fault.
Two mechanical dials give you complete control over which setting to use and the temperature, plus there's an internal light.
